I'm the proud owner of a 3 hp Gilson E, No. 4407. Port Washington tag on engine & Bracket,
Shaw & Lunt tag on battery box. Original skid & gas tank. The shroud around non-original
fan is part of an old aluminum teapot. Looks like home-made timing contact & wooden timer
lever. Rocker arm has been repaired & bracket brazed but push rod looks good, no muffler.
Piston is free but not much compression as exhaust valve is leaking pretty good.
4 1/2" bore, 6" stroke, 2 5/8" by 22 1/2" flywheels. Feel free to post on your site if
you want. Doug
