This is an early Port Washington air cooled (about 1904).
This engine is an air cooled, hit & miss Gilson
with battery ignition and mounted on wood skids.
The brass nameplate is on the cylinder below the oiler.
The tag reads: GOES LIKE SIXTY, Gasoline Engine,
Made by Gilson Mfg. Co., Port Washington, Wisconsin.
