GILSON Style "A".

Port Washington, Wis., U.S.A.

This beautifully restored Gilson Style "A" engine belongs to Bill Anderson
from Marshall, MO. USA. It is a 4-1/2 hp vertical Gilson and its serial number
is 5002. Its "cast brass" tag indicates that this Gilson came out of the Port
Washington Wis., foundry, but stamped at the bottom of the name tag, are the
words "GUELPH ONT". The original paint revealed that this Gilson was painted
red and all the parts numbers start with the letter "A".
