GILSON "60 Speed" 1-3/4hp.

1-3/4hp Style U
This is a Gilson "60 Speed" 1 3/4 horsepower hit and miss gas engine.
It was made sometime around 1915. It is on the original cart and comes
with an oak tongue that is somewhat like the original to pull it around.
The only flaws are that the gas tank and governor weight are not
original and the oiler has cracked glass. Otherwise, there are no cracks
or welds on the engine. It has excellent compression and runs well and
strong. It uses a Lunkenheimer mixer. This is a really nice size engine
to move around. The crank guard, along with the name tag is missing
and the diameter of the flywheels is 16-1/2 inches.
