The CARBURETOR on Gilson engines is of our own special design. It does
away entirely with the use of a priming cup and insures a perfect priming
charge for starting, and needs no regulation on varying loads. The simplicity
of this carburetor and our superior ignition system makes the Gilson Engine
the easiest starting engine on the market. NO CRANKING NECESSARY.
This carburetor has no working parts, and cannot wear out.
The Patented Gilson Governor is a notable feature, that incorporates
the genius of simplicity. It is positive and very sensitive, and regulates
both fuel and current consumption according to the load.
We regularly use high tension jump spark battery ignition on all our
engines. This does away entirely with the complicated ignitor, with its
springs, working parts and consequent wear, packing, etc.
Gilson Engines are made in Canada, in our own foundry and machine works.
